Currently closed for the season, PHS Meadowbrook Farm looks forward to welcoming guests again in Spring 2024.
Meadowbrook Farm has a fascinating history and the Pennsylvania historical Society is working hard to preserve the house and grounds. It is truly a green island in the midst of suburbia. Take a walk around the estate imagining what life was like in the golden age, enjoy the diverse plantings, and stop for a picnic in the picnic areas before returning to reality.
This is the highest quality garden in America’s Garden Capital that you can visit with no admission charge! (Donations accepted). The level of plantsmanship is truly top notch and equal to that of any of the big public gardens of the region!
Restrooms: Clean and accessible in the greenhouse/reception area
