Wanted to give a shout-out/recommendation for Orkin Electric Systems in Jenkintown. I called them for an attic fan issue and everyone I spoke with was polite and helpful. They were able to send someone right away who was also very nice and helpful. He diagnosed the issue, resolved it, and then asked if we needed help with anything else while he was here. We had some emergency electrical issues on a weekend and Jeff was quick to respond. He was professional and explained in detail everything that needed to be done and what he was doing, and he followed up to be certain all was well. Called Jeff on a Thursday; he promised to call on Monday. He not only called but sent Ray out on that very Monday. The problem was weird, and when Ray had trouble with it, Jeff came out, too. They fixed a couple of contributing problems and did an overall great job! This is the second time Jeff has done better for less than another. Excellent company!Service: General repairs
