I walk by this location often while going to the FedEx store. I knew I had issues with my ankle and wanted to get physical therapy, so I stopped in and picked up a card. Parking: parking lot Atmosphere: open and a little noisy at times. Service: I finally got my prescription from my doctor to get physical therapy. I came in and was greeted by August, who was very nice. He took my information and told me that someone would be in touch. When I came back for my evaluation, I met with Neil. Neil was very nice. Neil took time to explain things, made sure I was comfortable, and he even accommodated my germiphobia! He will stop me, however, when I go too far with it! Lol! Overall, I'm satisfied with the service here, and I will continue to come. Hope you enjoy it as well.

My doctor sent me to PT for a rotator cuff problem. The therapist couldn't have been better. She clearly had a strong background in PT and tailored the treatment to my specific needs. I looked forward to each visit and I made clear progress with each treatment. On the other hand, billing is handled very poorly. ATI was slow to bill, and the bill did not provide a very clear explanation of the services preformed. While each visit took basically the same amount of time and the treatment seemed similar, each visit was not billed the same. I am willing to overlook that without further explanation because the bill was within my worst case expectations, and I was happy with the treatment outcome. I had paid all of the charges, except for the last two visits because after four months I hadn't been billed for those visits. I was out of town for a few weeks, and they started to get the collections calls. At that point, I just wanted to review the status of the payments and charges, and put the balance on a credit card. I called their number, worked my way through the usual poorly designed menu selections and got an agent who was friendly but hard to understand. The agent mentioned that the billing info was on their website, and so I decided that was the better option. The website did not have the billing information, just a link to a third party collection company.

Great place to come for PT. I started coming here for PT immediately after my knee replacement. The therapists are very good and very nice, as is the front desk staff. I was able to get an initial appoint right away. They even have transportation if you have no one to bring you for therapy, and the drivers are very friendly as well. They also work with you if you need to change your appointment to be sure you get your therapy in as ordered by your doctor. I have made incredible progress coming here and would highly recommend ATI for physical therapy.
