Pura Vida Resort and Spa is an absolute gem! The perfect place to ground and reconnect with your inner being. Beautiful grounds, great food for all dietary needs. It's a safe space with friendly staff. Spa treatments are wonderful and excurtions are plentiful. The hot yoga room is amazing with a beautiful view of San José Valley. Thank you to Stephanie and Charese for an inviting yoga schedule. Class offerings were perfect.

BOOK the Yoga Retreat!!!It was a last minute decision for me to join Steph and the Jtown Hot Yoga group at Pura Vida Spa and Retreat in Costa Rica a few weeks ago, and I am SO happy I did! The retreat was pure bliss! The property and facilities are absolutely beautiful, peaceful and serene. We had the opportunity to take two yoga classes each day, including: Bikram, 26/2 Tunes, Integrated Hatha, Restorative and Yin. In between classes we enjoyed fabulous, healthy local cuisine, and had the opportunity to join excursions, relax by the pool, indulge in a spa treatment or find a quiet place to chill. I love Jtown Yoga. This review is about the retreat that they facilitated in Costa Rica:It’s difficult to adequately put down in words what a wonderful experience this was.There was no planning on my part whatsoever, other than making arrangements to arrive in Costa Rica and to get home. Everything else was seamlessly and completely taken care of. Meals, classes, spa treatments, and excursions. It was set up so that I could do as much or as little as I wanted. I was provided ample opportunity for adventures as well as for relaxation.Each morning we had a yoga class followed by an absolutely scrumptious breakfast.
