“Just had Hull out today to "fix" my AC units. (I hoped it was just a fix and it was!). I had no idea what was wrong and suffering for days. They were great! Guys were so, so nice, explained what was wrong, HAD THE PART! And fixed it right then. Reasonably priced and I'm having them back for a new thermostat. I had no idea where to start and now I'm grateful to have my HVAC guys. Even talked to me about the eventual replacement of my unit. These issues can be so stressful as a single homeowner. I'm very grateful for how I was treated and how efficient they were. Thanks guys!!!!“

“Great experience with the team at Carney All Seasons!! It started last night when I spoke to their call center at about 8:30 pm and the woman could not have been nicer. Then not long after taking my information Scott called me and we discussed my problem with my thermostat no longer working for my system. Scott identified a proposed solution and said he would have a tech to my house the following morning. Further discussions in the morning identified some potential wiring problems but once again Scott and his team proposed another work around. The tech Jason arrived as scheduled later in the morning and assessed the situation and a final plan was agreed to. Jason did an excellent job explaining everything that needed to be done and then completed running new wiring and installing the new thermostat. He then ensured that everything was working correctly and explained how to operate the new thermostat. It is rare to experience such great customer service but this team knows what they are doing and how to treat their customers with respect!! Great work by everyone involved!!“

“My husband and I highly recommend Lions Heating and Air Conditioning without reservation. Tristan, the owner, came out to review our old HVAC unit setup, listened to our budget concerns, and provided three cost level estimates for a high-quality replacement split unit. Dan knowledgably answered any questions when I called the office. John and Chris, the gentlemen who came to remove our old unit and install the new one a week after the estimates were given to us, were courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property, including putting on boot covers on their shoes each and every time they came into the house to walk on an area of our floor that they hadn’t covered with tarps. They worked quietly and efficiently, and although the job took several hours, it was done thoroughly and with the utmost care. Anywhere they worked was cleaned up so you couldn’t even tell they were there except for the new equipment they had just installed. Our unit is running perfectly and we couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Our initial contact with Lions was when Tristan came out three years ago to give a cooling boost to our aging unit. “SK Heating came recommended by a trusted friend who knew I was in a bind with a heating issue just before COVID. In the dead of winter, Saki came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I know he wedged me into an already-tight schedule and it was life-saving move! Since then I have used SK for routine maintenance and repairs. Today, I experienced another issue with a pressure valve on a heater that is on its last legs. Saki came over, diagnosed the problem and we have a repair visit scheduled for later this week. He was frank about the age of the heater and we discussed the possibility that it needs replacement, but he was honest and fair and said he could do a repair so I can get another few years out of it.
