“Jill was amazing! She was actually able to tame my unmanageable curly hair and make it look beautiful for my wedding day! She came all the way out to West Chester on a Sunday (and on Father's Day, even!) to do my and my 4 bridesmaids' hair. I was very impressed with the way she could immediately form these hairstyles right after seeing the picture! We all looked beautiful and our hair stayed in all day and night, even with all the dancing! The prices are very reasonable and Jill is such a sweet, kind person. I highly recommend her!“

Old Review:
I visited back in December and to be quite honest I may return, but probably not as often as recommended and I'll explain. I booked with Geneva for a simple wash and style and ended up spending upwards of three hours there. As a new client, I felt that my time was a little disrespected as I took the time to show up early and be as easy going as possible, only for her to be working on other clients at the same time. I'm guessing that it may be the system that she uses to see the maximum amount of clients in a specific amount of time, but for the price of her services, I may have been naive to believe that the appointment time would be strictly mine. I was under the dryer for almost 45 mins for the conditioning process as she worked on another client which left a bit of a sour taste. I ended up getting a trim as well which was needed and was satisfied with the end results. I was a little put off during the check out process where she tried to upcharge me for the trim stating that the price was almost ten dollars above the price that she put on the website and only reverted it when I verbalized this. After washing my hair, my curls reverted which is absolutely amazing for me, and I really did like the atmosphere of the place and the likeability of the other stylist like Jasmine and her daughter, but I may not book with the stylist I had previously, I would be opening to trying to visit again under different circumstances, a 60 min service should never take almost triple the time.“
