“Robertson's excellent customer service was a surprise. They went above and beyond in fulfilling my order. When the hospital failed to get the flowers to the patient before they were discharged, Robertson's investigated what happened and although it was clearly not their fault, they delivered a second bouquet to the home address, despite it not being in their delivery range. Pleasant and professional every step of the way. Highly recommend!“

“I called and ordered flowers for my mother's funeral on Wednesday at 4 pm . My moms funeral was Friday morning 10am . I had priced flowers and came upon In Bloom , which was less expensive . Called and talked to the owner , Carrie. She helped me figure out colors and flowers and I ended up placing my order with her . 5 stars is not enough . She made the most BEAUTIFUL arrangements I have ever seen . Far exceeding my expectations! Everyone complimented her flowers . I am so impressed and so touched by her . She did such a beautiful job .
