“I got a pedicure and a Gelx set. Mike was sooo nice and very comforting. I don’t get my nails done often but Mike made sure I knew I could ask questions every step of the way. As soon as I got there he was already prepped for me to come in and start relaxing. I was looking for a specific blue and he was very helpful in getting me to the perfect color. I have never gotten GelX before so he made sure to walk me through it step by step and make sure I was comfortable! I would recommend him to everyone and I will definitely be back again!“

“Ashley was very nice, welcoming professional. Her suite is beautiful and pink which I love because it's my favorite color! The bathroom was clean and fully stocked. Ashley offered a place to hang my coat and purse before starting the service. Ashley's lash table has a leg rest that raises your legs, a neck pillow that provides support, and she offered a plus blanket for warmth--which made the entire appointment very comfortable and relaxing! I informed Ashley of my issues with a previous lash tech, and Ashley assured me that I was in great hands before initiating the service. Ashley cleaned and prepped my lashes which was irritant free. I booked a Princess Classic set and Ashley completed it in a little over an hour! When my lashes were finished, Ashley didn't choke me with the fan like most lash techs do, she allowed me to hold the fan myself! I love my lashes! Ashley did an exceptional job! They're natural, light weight, properly isolated, mapped for my eye shape and were exactly what I was looking for! Ashley even offered me an after care kit complete with lash wash, pretty pink spoolies, and a lash lash cleaning brush! I was amazing by the quality of service and professionalism that Ashley offered.“

“Today was my first time at this salon and I love it when I came in we instantly sat down to do a consultation to talk about my hair goals and how we will work to achieve them and what we will be doing today with my hair. “Easy to make a reservation. Received a reminder text the day before. Easy to find the location. There was a sign on the wall and one of those standing signs outside.You can take the stairs up to the second floor and ring the doorbell or take the elevator. There was a sign on the door when I walked up that said if they don't answer the door, take the elevator. They opened for me.Changed into slippers, confirmed my Groupon, asked if I'd like water or to use the restroom, then was shown to my room for the facial.The friendly staffed explained what I needed to change into then exited the room for my privacy. She came back a couple minutes later to get started. But first, she added an extra blanket and adjusted my leg rest for comfort. Oh, and there was a heating mat on the bed. It felt amazing!!She explained what was going to be done, checked if there was any adjustment needed, and was attentive to my movements.The extraction was not as painful as I was expecting which was great! The massage was so relaxing I wish I could get one daily. The mask was cold and refreshing. She left the room for a while during the mask part. I was so comfortable I was about to fall asleep.I would definitely come back here!“
