I just had an argument with the assistant in Spanish, a very very unpleasant person, how can people like that be so bad in this life, one tries to get them to help and they couldn't help me, how bad
Sorry, it seems that they are racist towards Latinos.

The level of unprofessionalism that was display at this office is absurd. I ask for a supervisor only to find out the supervisor is the unprofessional one. Ms. Angelica runs a circus, I never met someone so rude in a place of business in the healthcare industry. The words I heard coming out of her mouth talking about another patient to an employee is something that I wouldn’t dare say. You need to hold your employees accountable, maybe screen who you hire as a supervisor before you put unqualified folks in high seats.

The most horrific woman answered the phone. Rude, condescending, argumentative and disrespectful. After 9 minutes i knew I couldn’t deal with her anytime I needed to make an appointment. She should be fired.
