I would give zero stars if I could. The worst delivery I've ever had (twice) by a short, overweight, caucasian, male with red hair and glasses. To summary the situation he was very rude to my partner and incompetent; so much so he asked to leave and simply connect the wire to the dryer because we would put it into place ourselves. He installed the 4 prong cord wrong on my dryer which almost killed me when it exploded as we moved it into place.We needed a new dryer which Lowes kindly provided within 2 days sadly using XPO Last Mile for delivery so I requested the same POS did not come again.He came anyway; tried installing the dryer cord on new one (wrong btw, had to...read full review
Poor communication and service. Had a delivery scheduled 8-2-22 and was advised the truck could not make it down my street (which is a lie) and that I needed to wait until 8-8-22 for delivery. 8-8-22 came and delivery was once again changed to the next day. Made various attempts to contact XPO for explanation but nobody would answer nor return calls. Still waiting. Unacceptable!
