Absolutely fantastic crew excellent Communication skills and I was dumbfounded that they were able to get the replacement done by lunchtime. I was sure it would take two days other than the long, long long wait to get the generator. The whole process has been fantastic and if you read this there needs to be probably cellular or mobile connection set up. I don’t think there’s anything in the generator.
Technician was prompt, sending text message as to his arrival then a phone call when he arrived. Technician was thorough and reviewed the status of my generator with me and left a clean generator and clean property.
