We had some space in between one of the pieces of siding on our house. At 9pm in the evening my husband discovered we had some unwanted guests aka BATS!! We assume there were numerous ones due to all of the black poop that had formed on our back porch in only 2 short days! I was looking for someone with 24 hour availability & would hopefully remove the bats as well as prevent them from returning. Well I found all of those things when I called Brad Graham at Steel City Wildlife Control! He answered the phone at 9pm, explained he could remove the bats & prevent them from returning & was at my house the next afternoon! He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient & right on time!! He set up the trap, returned the next week said all bats were gone & was able to install our shingle back into place so secure that no bats will be able to return! Romans has been cutting my grass for almost 10 years. They are reliable. However, this year, they have not come as of April 12. I have called and their voicemail is full and can't take anymore messages.
