When given choices such as waiving inspections, purchase offer amount, mortgage companies to work with, contingencies, etc. Kathy and Laura always PRESENTED all options and never PUSHED. I feel they answered my questions and helped me reach my own conclusions. It gave me a sense of power as a homebuyer to not feel forcefully swayed in a certain direction, especially given that in this tough housing market, so many things feel very out of the buyer's control.Business is business, but I prefer to do business with people who make me feel cared for and offer warmth, professionalism, compassion, and honesty.
