Good service except the carpet gave off a lot of gasses. I agreed to choose another carpet by the same manufacturer, but changed my mind because the gasses were very severe even after five weeks of trying to air out the room. They agreed to tear out the carpet and leave me with a bare floor. I will say the service is timely and the installers do a good job. They ripped out everything. I guess my only complaint was I got nothing in compensation for my trouble. I would say choose your carpet very carefully. Make sure the carpet is a zero emission type of carpet, or get flooring installed without adhesives if possible if there is any question about sensitivity to chemical... read full review

I've had an exceptional experience at Jamison Carpets from when I first arrive to the final installation. Per my arrival, a nice, lovely woman, named Laurie, assisted and helped me decide on the right color and style for my home. I was seeking cozy for my bedroom and hard floors for the remainer of my house.Jack, the owner, arrived on a timely manner to give me an estimate and explained even more thoroughly about why one floor over another. Thankfully, because it can be VERY overwhelming going into these stores with so many choices. Jack's installers did the work quick and efficient and were respectful of my home. Jack and the guys at Jamison Carpets have done a few jobs for me and my family. The work has been A+ and communications has been wonderful. The new phone lady is a great addition to the team also.
