I would like to share our experience with Cathy Schultz. My husband and I found Cathy when we purchased our second home.
The difference between the realtor who sold our first home to us and Cathy were night and day!!!!!
The first realtor was interested in showing us homes at the very top of our price range which did not leave alot of wiggle room financially. My husband felt there was not concern for helping us purchase our first home but for his commission We were due to sign papers the next day and my husband could not sleep the night before. Although we could afford it, we would struggle to be able to afford to do other things as a newly married couple.

Cathy is excellent at her job. She listens to the buyer, makes time for you and sets up showings quickly. She really cares about her clients and goes the extra mile for them. She is appreciative of her clients and makes sure they know it. We had a great experience with her and found out forever home.
