We had a wonderful experience working with Bridge Valley Real Estate, and highly recommend them! We purchased a new construction home and it was very helpful to work with a team that was knowledgeable in new construction. We also really appreciated that they have an attorney on their team to review contracts. They helped ensure that the whole process was seamless, and we look forward to working with them again in the future.
I could not be happier with my home buying experience. Kathy has been in the business for over 20 years and is knowledgeable about the area, the market, and all things real estate. I would highly recommend Laura Tramontana. I was having issues with my condo association, quite a long story of their own clerical errors and hiring lawyers to come after me. This went on for ten months. When Laura heard about my plight she came to my defense and resolved the situation. Unequivocally, she turned wrong into right, simply because her conviction thought it was the right thing to do. She treated me not like a number or statistic but a true friend, even though we had never met prior to that. My gratitude to her is deep and sincere.
