This company is horrible! Total bait and switch operation! I tried to refinance my home last month and the Loan consultant I was working with told me I was locked in at 3.875%. After my appraisal was completed and right before my refinance was scheduled to close, I got a call stating that that rate could not be delivered and that my new rate was going to be 4.625%. I couldn't believe it as I thought that my rate had already been locked at 3.875%. I had them cancel my loan and completed it with Quicken at 4.0% with $2600.00 less in closing costs.
