“After a 1st floor remodel a few years ago, our original, carpeted, lighter wood finished main stairs were a major eye sore.

Greg and his team did an incredible job matching the new stairs to the main floor darker wood. The custom posts and bottom stair came out beautifully. We had a minor issue during the project, but Greg was quick to communicate and resolve the misunderstanding. We are thrilled with the finished result. Thanks Greg!“

“NJS has done some excavation and site work for us. They do great work and are punctual and efficient, allowing us to keep moving forward with the project which is a very valuable characteristic when you’re looking for a contractor . I would recommend them for site work and construction.“

“We had our floors sanded, repaired, and stained and they did an incredible job. They also installed new baseboards that look better than the original. We felt very good leaving them alone in our house to work. I would absolutely use them again!“

“We hired the Floor and Wall Guys to replace our floor on the main level and move our laundry to the second floor. We were thinking of just moving the washer and dryer in this process but Dave gave us a great floor plan for a full laundry room.

Dave and his team were detail oriented, upfront about issues they encountered, and provided us with great upgrades to our home. During the first day of demolition they found an issue with a sinking sub floor and they worked over a weekend to fix the floor and provide us with a safe and up to code floor!

We are very happy with our upgrades - laundry on the second floor is a game changer! And we plan to work with the Floor and Wall Guys in the future. (Pictures are from when the projects were almost done!)“

“We had Allen refinish our existing 1st floor hardwood floors and replace carpet with matching wood in a connected couple rooms. Allen had a reasonable quote and was easy to work with throughout the project. He was responsive and communicative with us in addressing areas that were damaged during the refinishing and walked us through options to deal with having white oak rather than red oak in a couple rooms. We will happily work with him in any future hardwood projects.“

“I went to Renaissance Ceramic Tile and Marble years ago for our kitchen tile (which we love!) and had a great experience.

I found inspiration photos online for our upcoming bathroom renovations, but knew I wanted to find our final selections at Renaissance. The showroom is very large, I’m just including some photos of my favorite tiles.

I came in with some ideas and was able to organize all of our bathroom tile needs thanks to Noelle and Jeff’s expertise.
