“JMK is FABULOUS!!!! I called to get a quote and Jeremy was out the next day and provided a handwritten quote that day. I wasn’t prepared to sign right away and he was totally cool with that. I did make the decision to award him the job, because his price was lower than the 3 other quotes I received. He was back out the next day again to receive the signed agreement and his minimal down payment. With in 3 weeks, at my requested delay, he sent his team out to do the work.
