I had a new tub/ shower and tile done in my bathroom and after one month my plug in the tub broke off and now I haven't been able to use my tub to soak because it won't hold water. I've called the company numerous times and the lady I SPOKE TO SAID THEY WILL SEND SOMEONE OUT TO LOOK AT IT. Well no one ever showed. I've tried calling the number listed and it says your call cannot be completed as dialed. So the number listed is no longer in service. They get your money then run with it. Very disappointed with this company. Debbie S.
