Dr. Yogi not only saved our dog’s ears but also her life! When we met Dr. Yogi we were facing the devastating decision of mutilating our dog by removing her ears or ending her life after several complications following dual aural hematoma surgeries with another vet. Dr. Yogi not only gave us several options to fix the damaged ears but he offered us hope that our dog would recover. After months battling infections and being told she would have to lose her ear flap by the other vet, Dr. Yogi guided us on her path to recovery and saved her. We found ourselves in a frightening health emergency with our dog earlier this week. My partner drove her to Indian Springs not realizing the Kalyani emergency vet side wasn’t open during the day on weekdays. (They are in the same building.) Indian Springs took her with no hesitation, even though we are not their regular clients. They let us stay with her while she rested and stabilized and took wonderful care of her. Dr. Yogi Misra truly cares about his practice and worked endlessly to try to pinpoint the exact cause of her condition. He’s like a veterinary detective. The staff was also amazing. Doctors are great but staff and front desk lack professionalism and just being decent to clients. There is no customer service. Makes me wonder if the Vet owners know their staff is like this. I know many others that go here and we all think the same.
