First, the technician arrived on time. Honestly, he was grouchy when he came to my door, or was upset by the fact that I required shoe covers to enter my apartment. He came in and assessed the work that needed to be done and I was off to do laundry.I needed some bathroom fixtures put up such as toilet paper holder, towel bars, etc. Nothing too hard for a pro to handle since I had tried to do the work myself. Needless to say, he ended up doing the very thing I was trying to avoid myself, putting extra holes in the wall. Turns out, it wasn't me doing it wrong except I was using the wrong type of drill bit for my "non drywall" walls. He just stood there for a few minutes...read full review
