These guys are great! We'd been trying to get someone in to fix our leaky shower for over a year, unreturned phone calls and no shows. Called them Monday and was put in their system. I was contacted Tuesday and had Eric here on Wednesday, he assessed the problem AND took a look at another issue we're having w our garage (he took pics for his partner Zak to assess whether they'd be able to help with that, so that's our next project) before heading out. He returned that same afternoon and worked until close to 9-10:00 to get our shower fixed. This was not an easy task as this is an older home but Eric worked through it all. When we're ready we're definitely giving them a call to update our bathroom! Eric is very personable and knowledgeable, he offered us great advice on dealing w the wet wood while keeping it pet friendly. We're three showers in and no more leaks! Quality work and very affordable even without the added bonus of a Military discount. We'll be putting that savings toward the garage.
Elizaveta (Liza) is a wonderful piano teacher for all ages! She is unbelievably talented and has had a long career of playing piano professionally, but she is extremely humble and kind. I came to her as an adult student wanting to get back into piano with limited time in my schedule, and she always worked with me and made me feel comfortable (even when I didn't have time to practice). My lessons with her were a true oasis from my busy life and a welcome challenge. Liza is an absolute gem and you will not find another teacher who cares as much about her students as she does!

I've been seeing Dr. Farabaugh for over twenty years and followed her over from Sears Optical. She is very attentive and very caring towards her patients. Dawn and the opticians in the office are always super helpful when helping pick out glasses and were patient when teaching me how to put in contacts for the first time.
I lost my stylist of many years due to retirement. I found someone through a recommendation and I was happy with the service, until I wasn't. I decided to try The Hair Studio after my daughter made an appointment and was very pleased with her hair, the cut the color and the staff. I made an appointment and never looked back! The location is where I had been going for years so it was a little strange at first. It's been remodeled and updated and looks great! The staff is a great group of girls and they make you feel welcome. My stylist is a wonderful young lady who communicates well and listens to what you want for color and cut and makes recommendations, tells you what she thinks is possible for your hair and together it gets worked out. I'm very happy every time with every appointment. Her name is Alissa. I'm so glad I made the appointment, I can't imagine going anywhere else. My hair hasn't looked this good for a long time ?

Alicia is amazing! I showed her a few pictures of this unique style I wanted to try the first time I went here, and she replicated it perfectly (and still does each time!) while making sure that I leave confident and stylish! All the while, she keeps the conversation flowing and ensures the appointment is fun and quick. The atmosphere is excellent, the people are friendly, and they have always been on the dot with appointments. The price is more than fair (great for college students!), so please do check out this place if you’re looking for a hair stylist!

came here after having some bad experiences at another place near my house which left a lot to be desired, but they’re PERFECT here!! i feel so bad her name escapes me but the girl with brown hair fixed my nails and made them perfect. the atmosphere was great, the team all seemed like family, did i mention how great my nails looked? the girls recommended a color to me and it i loved it. i used to come here like 7 years ago and stopped coming as i don’t live in town anymore, and was impressed as i used to be when i returned. will be making the drive to get my fills. i felt like it was a proper day getting pampered with fun movies on and nice environment, left so happy and feeling pretty :) absolute 11/10

She’s also really kind, easy to talk to or be quiet with and she gives a good shampoo. I highly recommend her for color, cut and styling.

I had an amazing experience at untouchable tattoo. One of the tattoo artist, Tyler , did a phenomenal job on my tattoo. After I was done I told him about my previous tattoos and I had gotten a really crappy sand dollar from a grad party. After I paided and tipped him, he insisted to touch it up and fix it for me. Out of all the tattoo artist ive been too, he was so kind hearted and you could tell he took pride in his work/art. We need more artist like Tyler. I decided this morning to book an appt to get my septum pierced. I’m SO GLAD I went to see Trina. She is absolutely awesome. The piercing didn’t hurt at all. Trina has great vibes. The place is clean, sterile, and I liked her so much that I booked a tattoo appt for next week. I can’t wait. I’m telling you she is so nice, it felt like I’ve known her for 20 years. Def deserves 5 stars.
If I could give this shop 10 stars I would! To say this place is a huge blessing to my family is an understatement.A few years back one of the parts on our older Amana furnace stopped working, which caused the whole furnace not to kick on and we had no heat in the middle of winter. Had a new baby, and my husband lost his job right then too, due to downsizing. We were desperate. We called around to several local heating businesses and none would help us in a reasonable time, and all wanted an outrageous price to just come look, with no reassurance they'd have the parts to fix it. My husband walked into Shank's Specialty Supply and spoke with the man there. He sold us the part we needed, which was inexpensive, and he told my husband step-by-step how to replace the part ourselves. And so we had heat again. He was so nice back then, and we were just so grateful.Today our furnace went out. My home is 40 degrees. I called around to no less than 20 furnace service businesses in the Indiana area. Every single one of them told me they couldn't see me today (even though its an emergency). Some told me they would get back to me in months. Some told me they weren't taking new customers. So here I am desperate again to get my heat back on, and no one is even willing to come have a look. I called back in to Shank's Specialty Supply hoping they could help. Sure enough, Denny came out to our home and was finished with 90 minutes. He got the furnace back on with little problems, and checked over everything well. I spent hours calling so many others with no help. When Denny told me he could be there in no time, I just cried happy tears. I'm so glad for people who genuinely care! Thank you, God, for Denny Shank! I'd trust him and his work beyond anybody. And he's the kindest soul in his line of work. I'll recommend his business every single time.

I used Tomayko for the first time and when I called, Mark showed up the very next morning to take care of my electrical issue. He was very knowledgeable and found the problem right away. I would highly recommend him and will use him again for any problems we may have in the future.

Kathie Knupp and her crew made an 8- year old child's birthday party the happiest event ever! I am a Grandma that knows almost nothing about setting up a swimming pool. So grateful Kathie had a handle on how much time and what needed to be done. Do not feel comfortable posting pictures of people without permission-my grandson's Mom took plenty of pictures if she wants to add the actual festivities. Even the parents seemed relaxed and happy -- 15 kids that didn't want to go home. Thank you so much, Kathie, for the best children's swimming party of all time. Thank you, Mr Knupp, for moving the box trailer. I wish I would've gotten those young men's names - they dove right in despite missing instructions and other setbacks ;-)

I went here for an emergency but will be a returning patient. Office staff was kind and got me in when my own dentist couldn’t. Dr. Crawford was excellent in sharing his knowledge so that I could understand my treatment and get what was needed. Nothing but professionalism and care! I had a great experience as I couldn’t feel a thing as he handled everything so delicately. I didn’t even feel the shots he put in before my procedure. An easy choice for care in the future.

The Dr. I seen was Dr.Link who was able to adjust my neck and shoulders without causing any discomfort at all. After struggling with back and neck pain from work related injuries, I made an appointment with Dr. Kendra. I was immediately welcomed by her warm personality and friendly demeanor. For the first appointment, she took her time to get a thorough history, asking any questions she felt relevant to providing the best treatment. I set up weekly appointments, each time noticing much improvement from the previous week. I could not be happier with the service I am receiving from Dr. Kendra. Not only am I improving with my neck and back pain, but I am able to improve in other aspects of my life. Dr Santoro is truly a Blessing.I have been suffering from vertigo an neck issues for a while. I was so sick.After my first visit I finally got relief. She even took the time an called me the next morning to see how I was feeling. Dr's just don't do that.She truly cares. I go twice a week an after every adjustment I'm feeling better.
