Precision was absolutely fantastic! Our electric garage door broke, we called Precision and a representative was here the next day. He was professional, informed, and knowledgeable. The service tech came the next day, repaired the door and couldn’t have been any nicer! The service was impeccable! We HIGHLY recommend this company! ??❤️??
Technician arrived within time window provided, inspected the issue, recommended 2 alternatives - repair and lubricate or replace - and explained the merits of each one. I decided to replace. The job was completed in about 1/2 hour. Good work!
