After a heavy rainfall, we noticed a leak in our roof. We called New Look Home Exteriors and they were there the very next day to help give us a temporary fix. They put us on their schedule as quickly as they could, and installed a new roof, gutters, downspouts, soffit, and facia within a week. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone we spoke to at New Look had great customer service and were very knowledgeable. Not to mention the installers were extremely professional and polite. We're first time home buyers and New Look made this whole process extremely easy for us. Also, our new roof/gutters/downspouts/soffit/facia looks great!! Hello!! We live on the corner of Lilac in Oakdale. Just completed a full siding job on our house. (All those winds attacked the old siding with a vengeance). If you check it out and are considering siding work for your own house, may we recommend New Look Home Exteriors out of Imperial. Our salesman Zach, project mgr George, lead installer Omar and his brother were fantastic! We got 4 estimates for this job and though this company wasn’t the least expensive, they were the most complete in explanations, communication, instruction, friendliness, thoroughness, expertise, use of time, cleanliness and they did Not just “tell us what we want to hear”. Within 3 hrs of our initial consult, we had a digital 3d image of the house to choose colors and styles etc. So anyway, if anyone wants more info, let us know. We’re so happy with their work!
