Imperial Animal Hospital is a well-established veterinary practice that has been serving the community for over 30 years. The staff is described as very competent, compassionate, and kind, going above and beyond to provide excellent care for their patients. The hospital may not be equipped to handle emergencies, but they are dedicated to treating their regular clients and their pets with the utmost care and attention. Clients have praised the vet, Dr. Anne, for her thorough examinations, clear explanations, and commitment to ensuring the best possible outcome for their pets.
Dr. Bolin has been my veterinarian for 35 years and five dogs. Recently, I got a new dog, another Labrador Retriever. She was so supportive and affirming. She gets five stars and two thumbs up. The right eye of Jacky Boy was damaged by one of his litter mates and Dr. Bolin had to remove it. He had a long and happy life after that.
Dr. Ann and her staff have always been loving compassionate and caring with my pets and myself. They have gone above and beyond to treat all of my pets. I have been going to Dr. Ann for over 30 yrs and have never been disappointed with their professionalism and care. I would highly recommended this hospital to anyone with the confidence that they will not be disappointed.
Ann is the best vet I have ever been to. After all these years she still gets upset when she has to put someone's dog down. She cares deeply about her work, and animals. I would never use any other vet.
