Elevate yoga has so many fun events throughout the year. I’ve attended a private Aerial Yoga class for a bachelorette party, a hike and yoga class, and the wine and yoga event at Black Dog Winery. Always a fantastic class with the elevate yoga instructors.

Always a good time, nice stretch, Monica is the best! Flying through the air is always fun, goes through step by step and makes sure you are always secure. I'll probably be sore within the week but it is always well worth it!

During these crazy times being able to continue my weekly yoga practice has helped me keep my stress level manageable. I've loved being able to try the different teachers and experiences.
