We struggled finding a contractor in the area. Everyone was either too busy, ghosted us, or tried to pull one over on us. L & R was the only one to accurately assess the problem and willing to attack the problem (collapsing roof due to faulty construction) as well. We had a couple bumps in the road which is to be expected with these kinds of builds. We are pleased with the work and their willingness to work through problems that came up. We’d hire them again.

L & R Contracting installed our new metal roofing. They worked with us through our renovation mortgage, with extra paperwork - right up to the day before closing. They were friendly, professional and just great to work with. Our home insurer placed a deadline on the roof work, and L & R finished the job ahead of schedule. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof work.
