If you are selling or buying a home in the Huntington PA area, You need to call Kameron at Starr and Associates Realty.
At some point, we all go through it, but I just recently had to sell my childhood home after the passing of both of my parents. It is a very emotional time and as you could imagine, not a pleasant one.
The sale was not the most straightforward like most are. It was complicated by dealing with Pennsylvania medical assistance issues and ultimately having to navigate the process after my mom passed away eight days before we were supposed to close.
