We tried selling our house privately before realizing what all was involved. We reached out to Kameron for help and he made the closing process a breeze. He took care of everything, very responsive to any questions we had and kept us in the loop every step of the way. At some point, we all go through it, but I just recently had to sell my childhood home after the passing of both of my parents. It is a very emotional time and as you could imagine, not a pleasant one.
The sale was not the most straightforward like most are. It was complicated by dealing with Pennsylvania medical assistance issues and ultimately having to navigate the process after my mom passed away eight days before we were supposed to close.
