I purchased windows from Tri-County Exteriors a year ago. After experiencing the significant difference with the new windows, I ordered more windows again and recently had them installed. My experience with Tri-County Exteriors was drastically different from that of the two top name window companies. First, Tri-County will install any brand window. They will recommend brands based on your specific need and budget. Second, Tri-County was so honest that when I discussed brands, they were not only knowledgeable but also honest and told me not to overpay for something that would not be worth the money. Shayne and his crew did a fantastic job installing our new roof and siding. He thoroughly explained our options with pluses and minuses at each price point during the planning (not limiting to one or two suppliers as our other bids did), addressed some major issues that came up with the removal of the old roof in a cost-effective way, and left us with a picture-perfect result with the final installation. It was very apparent that Shayne is a meticulous perfectionist and a true craftsman. I would not hesitate to use him for any future work.
