Have been going to Suburban Eye off and on for over a decade. Service has been solid until the last several years. There has been a noticeable decline in service over my past several visits culminating in my latest experience which was not up to proper clinical standards.

The visit began by the provider asking me why I was there when she herself had requested I follow up with her regarding a previous injury. She did not seem to be referring to notes from my previous visit. The exam proceeded including dilation and I had an eye test with various lenses. Becareful using this establishment . If I could give them zero stars I would. My wife took her elderly parents for an eye exam and had a horrible experience. A few days ago we called the receptionist to make sure that they took the insurance and they said they did . So once arriving we handed insurance to receptionist and waited 20 minutes to be seen. Both parents were taken back and had a good experience with doctor . However once coming back out to receptionist we were told copay was 20 dollars . While my father in law was taking out money she was told it's actually 25 dollars . Then the receptionist said they weren't covered and it would be 65 dollars per person....read full review

My wife woke up sick and called to cancel her appointment tent with Dr Chaudry. She was told she would be charged $25 for not coming in but could reschedule. And still be charged for being sick. ‘That’s policy - automatic - can’t help.’ Were replies. Now we have our own new policy about Suburban eye.
