SavATreeI was very Happy with How Chip talked to me & explained how my pine tree was at the time which in my words was suffering, I Know it needed attention, but was very Happy to hear that it’s going to be ok! The guys did amazing work, they each explained what they were about to do & how my tree will breathe, survive & look more beautiful than it was before! We had an excellent experience with Rob Nagy and his team at SavATree. First of all, Rob is extremely quick at processing request for service. We had a tree fall in our backyard and Rob was there the next day to take a look and walk the property. He was also able to point out other problem areas where trees looked like they were on their last legs, which would have posed a safety hazard for our children.On the day of tree removal, Rob and his team were there on time and did a thorough job cleaning the entire area. SavATree was founded by Ralph Robbins in 1978 with a single objective in mind; to save trees from the devastating effects of repeated defoliations by the Gypsy Moth Caterpillar (Lymantria dispar). While this moth was accidentally introduced into the United States by French entomologist Leopold Trouvelot in 1868, it was not until the late 1970’s that the population exploded in the Northeast. Ralph, a graduate of Paul Smith’s college and entrepreneur at heart, saw an opportunity to make a difference in support of tree preservation and care.
