Had a major emergency, someone was sent out almost immediately. The service was excellent, the person he sent out was incredibly cordial and polite, they did a very professional job. And considering it was a Sunday morning and an emergency, the price was very very affordable. Highly recommended next time you need someone.
In this terribly Siberian-like weather, I called PA Home Services and told them the pipes had frozen, and had no water. (I had called a company in Pennsburg before I found PA Home Services that stated they don’t work in crawlspaces.)!! I explained to Bruce the owner that it was a little old cabin in Greenlane Park and it’s a crawlspace that someone will have to lay on their back the whole time to take out the old insulation and wrap and insulate the pipes.Bruce assured me immediately that he his guys were not afraid to get dirty and hewould have someone out there in a couple days. Derrick was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained what was being done. I'm very glad that I chose Pa Home Service. My skylight repair work looks outstanding. Once the winter season begins, I will be able to see the effectiveness of the completed job. I was assured that all I would have to do is make a call if need be.
