Absolutely unbelievable care and compassion from Dr. Jeanne. She took great care of our beloved cat Rita. When it was Rita's time to go to heaven, Dr. Jeanne made the process so peaceful and came so quickly despite being out all day on a Saturday. Our little angel is in a better place because of her loving support.

Dr. Ludlow has been seeing my cats for at least 10 years now. She is really great with them even though they are not always thrilled with her…. She’s proactive about their care and at the same time always looking at the expense of care.I recently had to have my cat put to sleep. I was very upset at losing her. Dr. Ludlow was so gentle and really made the whole experience better.

OMG what an awesome experience. I have a very scared shy cat who needed care. Dr Ludlow was so calm and obviously so experienced. I’m an ED nurse and I could tell that this vet knew her stuff. And the gentle way she cared for my cat - the time she took making sure my Callie was kept reassured and calm throughout. And thoroughly checked everything! I wish I could give her 20 stars! Thank you Dr Ludlow!
