My daughter moved there and invited us to dinner this place was beautiful in and out the lobby the outside and the apartment was beautiful the kitchen was beautiful. The bathroom was very nice and patios nice and safe neighborhood but a little pricey

I have been renting at Huntingdon Place for 5 years and recently decided to purchase my unit. I looked everywhere within a 25 mile radius and there is nothing that can compare to the amenities and lifestyle at this price point. 24 hour security, gym, pool, covered parking and a super location make this a great place to live. Front desk people are courteous and helpful.
Yes, there have been problems in the building, and Toll Brothers is working to address and correct the issues. We are getting new balconies, and Bob is very knowledgeable and patient when explaining the repair process.
The people responsible for the repairs for renters are incredible. Fran works nonstop...read full review

My wife and I rented here for 3 years and loved it!
The condos are well constructed and the staff that work there are extremely helpful. We've had nothing but good experiences with folks at the sales office, front desk or the building management office.
Despite having moved-out 3 months ago (to a bigger place) I feel obliged to leave this positive review and thank Rose, Fran, Keith, Gerry for the 3 years of comfort. I'd highly recommend this property to anyway looking to rent or buy.
