From start to finish, my project roof replacement due to hail damage was great. From the initial contact with my salesman Nathaniel. I was given information which I found to be true and reliable all the way through the project. From the initial insurance claim to the removal of my solar panels (yes I have 21 solar panels that had to be removed) all the scheduling was handled by the representative with expertise and regard for our well being keeping us well informed during the time that transpired from initial contact to the completion of the project.

Nate first knocked on our door offering a free estimate—something I almost brushed off. I’m glad I didn’t. After the hailstorm of July 3rd, 2025, we didn’t think of having our house / roof inspected for a couple of weeks. Then after so many others in the area had damage, we said why not! The next day Josh rang our doorbell, inspected the roof, and from there on dealt with our insurance, was here with the adjuster and our roof was newly installed. We could not have been happier with Josh, he was very professional and polite. Kept us informed the whole job. Would definitely use Guardian again for services needed. Than you Josh
