My old electric hot water heater started leaking and I needed a new one ASAP. Lisa was extremely helpful in getting me a price within a couple of hours. She also managed to get me scheduled to get it replaced the next day. The technician (Brian) arrived early the next day for installation. Brian was extremely professional and courteous and was able to replace the heater within a couple of hours. Thanks again.John Thompson

Brian from East Coast Comfort came out for some much needed maintenance and was super helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix what needed fixing but he was able to diagnose several things that made my water heater and boiler work much better. And the cost was very reasonable. Thanks so much!

A great experience with these folks. Ed provided a great quote and really worked with us to get a price we could work with. The installation crew was very professional; they asked questions about anything that wasn't clear, very respectful to us and our home, and finished within the day. The work quality is top notch.
