It’s always an interesting day when your older furnace starts releasing water through the relief valve.. Thankfully, my plumber referred me to Tony, who replaced the valve, checked the rest of the system, bled the tank, and made sure everything came back up to pressure and temperature.. Without trying to sell me a new furnace! Wonderful guy, knowledgeable and easy to work with!

We got a new HVAC system installed recently by East Coast Comfort (just in time for these humid days!), and Lisa, Ed, Tony, and the rest of the team have been truly outstanding! They showed up when they said they would, they genuinely listened to our specific requests, they answered all our questions (very patiently! ;)), and they got the job done professionally and on time. I had a chance to hang around doing some DIY work while the installation was happening, and it’s obvious that the crew takes true pride in what they do; they did a really clean job, even rejiggering the old installment’s wiring to make our small HVAC closet more tidy.
