I’ve used this company servers times over the years. They’re great. Very friendly and they get the job done.The only issue I have is with the pricing. I was quoted for 3 bedrooms and a hallway. When they arrived, I asked them to do only 2 bedrooms and the hallway. I was still charged the same price and when asked about it I was told that was the price & they couldn’t change it. I don’t quite understand that aspect.Again, they’re a great service, I was just a little taken back by that.

Brandon and Billy were absolutely wonderful! They were careful, considerate and very thorough. The carpeting on the stairs was so dirty I thought I was going to have to replace it. It looked amazing when they were finished and I may yet be able to squeeze a few more years of life from it.They explained what they were going to do, how long it would take and the suggested follow up to ensure the process would go smoothly. After cleaning the carpet stairs, they suggested I put down a towel so I wouldn’t slip and reminded me to turn the cushions so they were dry thoroughly. They were both perfect representatives and stewards of the company. Well done and thank you so much!

DC Carpet Care and my techs Brandon & Anthony did a great job cleaning both my very dirty basement carpet and 2 area rugs. They were timely and polite. I will use them for tile and grout cleaning next time!
