I needed someone to come look at our expensive new alleged basement mold remediation that had been done by another company. The other company sent an 18 year old to go into my basement and spray some Boric Acid solution (of all things). I immediately had a real sinking feeling that I'd been ripped off. I ended up calling Bulldog on the weekend, and Zach answered the phone! He was very pleasant on the phone, professional and courteous. Needed mold remediation work in my basement. Zach came out to provide an estimate within a day and explained everything clearly to me. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and did a great job! He and Dave worked through obstacles in the basement without issue got things done ahead of schedule. I hope we don't have issues like this again, but would definitely be a repeat customer
