I made an appointment on a Saturday morning for that afternoon at 1:30pm. When I arrived, I was greeted & it didn't take long to be consulted by my hairdresser. Rosetta Messina was my stylist. She was an absolute miracle worker and although she had a tall order, she literally made ALL OF MY HAIR DREAMS COME TRUE! She even kept the shop open late just to finish my hair and make sure I was happy. I traveled 2hrs to get there, however it was worth it & I will be seeing her again. Thank you Rosetta.

I'm giving 4 stars because if Cindy the owner. If it wasn't for her, I would struggle giving 1 star based on my experience yesterday. I got really bad haircut and highlights done by Serge. It will take a very very long time to grow out. It was a situation where I just wanted my ends nipped and blonde highlight touch up and I ended up with a very short choppy do and dark blonde brown highlights that didn't match what I already had. He cut and colored what he envisioned and not what I asked for. Serge didn't want give me time the next day to redo the highlights. He said he was too busy and that if I couldn't make it on Friday then he would see me another day. That is not acceptable to me. Like many people I work and from the stress of this bad hair do, I didn't sleep last night and I called out of work which is rare for me and hasn't happened in over 3 years. Cindy told serge to have me come in today and not wait. While he put the foils in Cindy took care of the entire process to get me back to blonde. She was busy and did that for me. She even used a toner per my request to tone down the blonde so it would blend better. It's still too blonde against my brown hair and I am used to blonde that shows the highlight but blends in with my hair that if I skip touch ups, it would still look good grown out, but she is concerned and has been going out of her way to help me fix the color. There isn't much to do about the cut so I'm still very upset but I may have to revisit this salon just to have her take care of me from now on. She is patient even when she is busy and she really helped me a lot today and that is what I appreciate the most. She didn't have to but she did. That would bring me back even after a horrible experience just to have her do my hair one day when it's all grown out - 6+ inches so it will be a while. This review is for her. Thank you Cindy!!
