Action Physical has been my go-to provider for PT for about 5 years, whether after a surgery or injury, or when my back, knees, or hips decide to remind me that I'm not 18 anymore. The staff ask a lot of questions about what I want to do, and focus on the mechanics of activities that I want to engage in; they tailor the rehab and exercises specifically for those activities.
Action Therapy runs an efficient office. They are almost always perfectly on time, occasionally running a few minutes late. They are consistenly efficient with getting paperwork done on time. And always with a smile.
The therapists and assistants are great. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, caring and fun. There is always laughter going on somewhere in the room. My husband and I have been going here for several years for various complaints. They always get us fixed up and off and running.

The entire staff works well together and is dedicated to helping their patients. I have chronic low back pain. Tim Lee was my main therapist. He is knowledgeable and was instrumental in helping me achieve relief from my low back pain. I highly recommend Action Physical Therapy.
