“I came to Compel Fitness looking for a workout plan where someone could help me hold myself accountable and push me at the same time. Adam O. is that guy for me. He listened to my wants and goals and designed a workout that definitely has helped. Adam has been on time for our sessions and will reach out far in advance if he's unable to make it. He will push you to push yourself in a save manner. Every session is worth it for me, I leave the gym feeling accomplished and energized.“
