Popped into a Morning Flow session with Shell. It was a very nice studio, very inviting with great energy. The class was a little more advanced than my abilities, however the instruction and encouragement were wonderful. My gratitude is eternal.
An absolute sanctuary! I did the Sound Bowl & Yoga Class on Friday for $10 and was BLOWN away. The class was peaceful yet invigorating, and the added touch of the sound bowls was so healing. Would absolutely recommend to anyone that lives in the area or are looking to visit! ✨️
I have chronic back pain from surgery to correct my scoliosis. I've been in constant pain for years, which only seemed to get worse every year. I've had to really limit my activity. Meeting Adrienne has changed my life, sounds dramatic, but it's true. Her MPS Therapy has reduced my pain more than any other treatment I've tried, and I've tried a lot. I'm so grateful to Adrienne!! I cannot recommend her MPS Therapy enough. After only two or three treatments, I feel better than I have in years!
