I purchased a GE clothes washer from Lowe's, not knowing about Spotts Appliance. Anyway, the washer failed to work correctly in all aspects. Never enough water, etc. I called Spotts after learning that they sold GE and even though they usually only service the appliances they sell, they agreed to send a service person to my home to take a look. He was very professional and friendly and quickly diagnosed all that was wrong with my washer, which was only barely 1 year old. It was under warranty and he agreed to order all the parts necessary and put it back into the new condition it should have been to start with. I had Skyler and Issac Deliver to me a Dish Washer to me yesterday. They Showed up on time and I got a call from the Store before their Arrival to confirm that they were enrolled to me. I considered al that very Professional since I used to be in a Home Door to Door Delivery Business needless to say I was impressed. Upon Skyler and Issac 's Arrival we discussed the best approach to get the appliance in my home and we measured ro be sure really getting impressed. They go above and beyond with customer care! Our washing machine door broke and they were able to piece together a "new" door from used parts. There's nothing like a small town business!
