“I purchased a GE clothes washer from Lowe's, not knowing about Spotts Appliance. Anyway, the washer failed to work correctly in all aspects. Never enough water, etc. I called Spotts after learning that they sold GE and even though they usually only service the appliances they sell, they agreed to send a service person to my home to take a look. He was very professional and friendly and quickly diagnosed all that was wrong with my washer, which was only barely 1 year old. It was under warranty and he agreed to order all the parts necessary and put it back into the new condition it should have been to start with. The parts came in and he and another service person returned to my home and within 30 minutes my washer worked like it never had before. I am so thankful for Spotts and their wonderful service and office crew, who were also very helpful and kind. If I ever need any other appliances in the future, I will most definitely return to Spotts Appliance.“
