I recommend Tax Aid Associates to so many people. Matt has done my entire family's taxes as far back as I can remember, through every job -- seeing me serving tables in my teens and working inpatient psych in my early 20s to now being a full time licensed professional counselor and turning 30 this year (ugh). It's kind of silly, but I feel like I grew up with him in a way, haha! Matt is extremely kind, patient, extremely thorough and he makes tax-related issues waaaaaay less stressful. The entire staff are so kind and helpful, I have had zero issues whatsoever. People are loyal to this group for a reason! Matt is truly a gem!

I have been a customer with Tax Aid Associates for more than forty years. I feel like they are family. They have advised me on retirement matters, investment programs, life insurance needs and the list goes on and on. They are professionals about their business of working with the public and they provide personal and friendly service to me and other customers that I have met in the office over the years. Although all of my personal business is not handled with Tax Aid, they provide answers for me on various concerns like what my wife and I need to consider when writing our wills to college saving programs for our children and grandchild. I would recommend Tax Aid Associates in a heartbeat. I was not paid to say these things but the truth is the truth and I am pleased to do business with them. Leonard

I have been working with Tax Aid and Matt for more than 10 years. He treats me like I'm family and answers any questions or concerns I have. He brings me great comfort and support for all of my tax and business issues that arise. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
