Internal Medicine Associates of Abington - Horsham

Staff and new Doctor were exceptionally rude & lacking in empathy regarding a patient issue, my elderly mother. Incredibly poor communication when dealing with front desk staff & a woman who identified herself as only Hello and then when I asked for clarification -shouted Morgan…was quite dismissive with a very unpleasant attitude. Heartbreaking. It used to be a very caring, lovely little practice- I was a very satisfied patient, too!

I’ve been a patient of this practice for many years and I just called to schedule an appointment with my PCP, who was Natalia Dementovych, but the receptionist told me she’s no longer there. So I said I still need to see a doctor to get a clearance for my upcoming surgery. This receptionist, who sounded like a new guy, was very short with me. He was sassy and rude in his tone. It felt like he was rushing because he would interrupt me and talk really fast. Absolutely no customer service skills. This office is ok if you schedule well in advance but you can forget about being seen when you actually need care. And if you leave a message for a call back, you will likely not even receive one. Inexcusable.
