Service by the doctors and nurses is excellent, however administrative staff and support is lacking execution to the point of wasting my time. Over the last few years I have had to call back (and wait on the line) numerous times to fix referrals and billing, some of which are still outstanding today months after the point of service. While past problems have been resolved eventually, I've had to give hours of time (always during work hours when the line is open) that I don't have to talk to multiple staff members just to receive basic health care. My name is Barbara Isenberg and I am patient of Dr Zhou. He is a sincere, professional and skilled Doctor and a definite "keeper" as far as I am concerned :-) The office is located in a new building in Horsham PA, very clean, and the staff are nice and professional too. There is a lab located right next to their office to make it convenient to take lab tests. I feel confident having Dr. Zhihong Zhou, MD as my Primary Doctor.

The ladies in the endocrine department are phenomenal! So attentive and always assist me with faxing/mailing scripts and answering any questions I have. The office is a little far for me but I will travel for great service!
