I had the BEST experience with Spring Creek Design, LLC! I had a major kitchen/deck renovation. Not only did the end results come out beautiful, but the experience is what allowed us to survive a home renovation while still living in the home. From the start, the team at Spring Creek were very transparent with the entire process and guided me through it along the way. The team is very responsible, caring, focus on staying on budget, and most importantly cleaned up after themselves after each day. I've had the opportunity to do multiple projects with Spring Creek Design (SCD)! My last project was a kitchen remodel and reconfiguration.
The reason I keep working with SCD is based upon the quality of the work. Every time I raised a question or concern, it was addressed. There were never 'arguments' from SCD nor dismissing my expectations. SCD has always 'made it right' - like when I did not like one of the appliances, SCD was able to negotiate with the appliance vendor to only charge the cost difference of the appliance - not rebilling for the install.

High praise for the whole experience. Sandy and Coop were awesome. Solid design help before we even started the engagement. Several great suggestions that actually lowered our costs and suited our needs better (great LISTENING!). Execution was timely, with weekly sit downs that kept the project on track and demystified the progress. There were a couple of small hiccups that were handled very quickly and very fairly. The team involved, including the subs were polite, pleasant and -dare I say it - fun! Finally the quality of the work and the finished product really exceeded expectations.
